You built it yourself.

Now you want growth

Founders tell me:

Q3 hit double our revenue target. My first thought on Friday was all the ways we could have done it better.

It wasn't a problem when the business was smaller. Now everything takes forever.

We hadn't even celebrated what we did when I started pushing them toward the next thing.

What if it's always been there?

He has a new offering, and it's been almost ready for months.

Everything needs to be figured out to the nth degree. Each time he reviews it one last time, something else needs refining.

He has a term for the standard he's set: museum quality.

The second time we meet, he realizes not everything in a museum starts out as a masterpiece.

He launches within a week and the first payment arrives.

Standards disguise the doubt

My Snapshot

My sister and I are both in jeans, catching up in her kitchen. We're talking about our adult kids, and I tell her mine are building their own businesses.

Of course they are, she says, offhand. Like it's obvious. They're entrepreneurs just like you.

My core bristles no but only my lips say it. My husband's the entrepreneur, not me.

Her blonde hair bobs as she disagrees. You modeled it  working in your business while they were growing up. You're an entrepreneur.

My whole body settles into an inner yes.

Since then I've founded three companies of my own.

What had been invisible to me for 15 years, she helped me see in an instant.

You don't need to wait 15 years.

The Paradigm Partnership

The last thing you want is to lose your drive or lower the bar. You won't.

When we work together, you keep both. But you see them differently.

The founder wanting museum quality pushed on the same door harder and harder. Two meetings in, he reached into his pocket for the key. He launched within a week.

Some things come into focus quickly. Others show layer by layer. We work through them together, as invisible patterns reveal their colors. Then you make clear choices.

That's the paradigm.

We look beneath the surface at what's getting in the way of your goals. That's where the real shifts happen.

That moves through everything: how you build, how you lead, and how you serve clients.

This is private, one on one work. We meet regularly within a framework.

Some founders work with me through several layers. Others stay for many more. What that looks like for you is part of our first conversation.

My goal is that you don't need me to help you see clearly anymore.

Because you've joined me there.

If this resonates, let's connect.

We'll explore whether this is the right fit and the right time.
